Our Patient Care Team

Our Treatment Coordinators will assist you with appointment scheduling, insurance coverage, as well as reviewing preoperative and postoperative instructions. They are ready to answer your questions regarding appointment preparation, office policies, and coordination of care with your regular restorative dentist or referral.

Our Surgical Care Coordinators will make you comfortable before, during, and after your office visits. They will review information important to you before and after your surgical visit and are happy to answer any questions about your office visits.

Mrs. Courtney James, our Practice Manager and Ms. Saundra Beckner, our Insurance Coordinator, can help you with an estimation and explanation of your dental and medical insurance coverage. They oversee coordination of patient care to make sure you will receive the maximum reimbursement from your insurance companies.
